Tarkett has announced its new Johnsonite Melodia 2.0 and Aria 2.0, which is homogenous vinyl sheet and tile flooring. Johnsonite Melodia 2.0 and Aria 2.0 are great for a wide range of commercial applications, which also includes healthcare. Melodia 2.0 and Aria 2.0 give the room a subtle non-directional design, and the colors and patterns run throughout the sheet and tile.
The new products have tone-on-tone designs, and overall the compilation has 66 colors. Aria 2.0 has 24 colors and Melodia 2.0 has 42 colors. In addition, Aria 2.0 has an accent granule. Melodia 2.0 and Aria 2.0 were created to be companion products that will coordinate with other Johnsonite floor solutions, wall base, transitions, and finishing accessories.
The collections are available in sheet flooring and 24″x24″ tiles. The homogenous construction of the flooring makes sure that the colors and patterns of the tile remain throughout the floor’s lifespan. In addition, the polyurethane (PUR) UV-cured top coating will improve the product’s durability and any maintenance costs.
Melodia 2.0 and Aria 2.0 contain 25.5% pre-consumer recycled content, which contributes to indoor air quality and they are phthalate free. The flooring is 100% recyclable and FloorScore certified. The flooring also has features that contribute to infection control protection.
