Recently Mannington Commercial announced that the prices will increase on their commercial carpet, resilient, and sundry products. The price increase will be around 3 to 5 percent, and it will be effective on February 15, 2017.

Recently, Mannington Commercial’s Connected Collection of LVT was honored with a 2015 Award of Excellence at the 19th Annual IIDA/HD Product Design Competition. The contest is sponsored by the International Interior Design Association and Hospitality Design magazine.
The products are judged for design innovation, technical advancements, cost and value, environmental responsibility, aesthetics, need, and usage within hospitality applications. The judges also evaluate the products based on performance, comfort, safety, suitability for intended use, durability, accessibility, and client/user benefits.
The Connected Collection, which was designed in collaboration with the global design firm Corgan, brings together a system of formats, gradation, texture, and color all in a single collection of LVT that is designed to coordinate with the Connected Collection of modular carpet.

Mannington Commercial, one of the leaders in commercial floor covering, announced today the launch of the Basic Tee Collection, which is a collaboration with designer Mary Bledsoe. Basic Tee is part of a family of collections called STYLIST, which is inspired by wardrobes in the fashion world. Basic Tee is a classic foundational piece that comes in warm and cool neutrals and some unexpected accent colors.
STYLIST was created to include products that range from simple to high impact patterns, so designers can mix and match patterns for any project. Basic Tee is a subtle exploration of texture, which brings luxury in broadloom and modular carpet.
The Basic Tee collection is constructed of Antron Lumena 6,6 premium nylon to create a low maintenance, high durability carpet. It also has a lifetime warranty for edge ravel and delamination, staining, and wear. This carpet also has the colorsafe lifetime bleach warranty and a Xguard lifetime stain warranty.

Mannington Commercial has launched a new tx:style Perspectives Collection, and this collection was designed in collaboration with Paul Lewandowski of SMRT and designer Katie Henry. This collection, which is a broadloom and 24″x24″ modular carpet, interprets abstract organic shapes in structured layers of pattern.
Paul Lewandowski was inspired by the striated basaltic rocks and colors, which are found along the Maine coastline, to create Coastal Rocks. He has worked with many clients in different professions and he has noticed that organic patterns work well in commercial settings. The Coastal Rocks design is an organic stripe, which was inspired by how rocky outcrops and tide pools form patterns, and the design was also inspired by the living organisms that create additional layers on the pools.
Katie Henry designed the pattern called Stacked Up, and this pattern complements Coastal Rocks. Stacked Up resembles the natural and handmade shapes formed by stacked stones. Katie Henry created the design with a more abstract look than just the basic look of stacked stones.
The collection’s colors are a combination of neutral and pop colors that work well together. The colors were selected with particular emphasis on their of use natural inspirations to create complex combinations.
Antron Lumena fiber and Mannington’s construction unite to create a low maintenance, high durability carpet, engineered to retain color and texture, which give the Perspectives collection a high appeal. This collection also has the Mannington Colorsafe bleach warranty, Xguard stain warranty, and some of the other warranties that the company has.
The collection is available in modular carpet on Infinity Modular backing and it has 30 percent minimum recycled content. If you purchase the collection in broadloom then it has UltraBac RE and 10 percent post-consumer recycled content reclaimed through Mannington’s LOOP program. All of the products in the collection are NSF/ANSI-140 Platinum certified and they are made in the USA in ISO 14001 certified facilities.

Mannington Commercial is expanding the Nature’s Paths line of luxury vinyl tile (LVT). Nature’s Paths has incredible performance and durability, and the collection has wood plank and stone visuals. The layered foundational and bold patterns and colors, the durability, and the performance makes this collection perfect for corporate settings.
As modular, STYLIST is available on rEvolve thermoplastic polyolefin backing, with 0 vinyl, 40 percent minimum recycled content, 10 percent post-consumer (NSF/ANSI Certified Platinum) – or on Infinity RE Modular: 30 percent minimum recycled content. EPDs are available for both backings. At NeoCon 2014, Mannington Commercial revealed their new 18″x36″ carpet plank collection, Against the Grain. The new collection is inspired by the bold grains of rough hewn and reclaimed woods. The collection unites four distinctly cut aesthetics. The collection’s tonality brings together all of the different textures and patterns, which creates a unique design on the floor. The long tonal space-dyed nylon comes in 15 colors.
Against the Grain has four pattern components, which can be used individually or in any combination. The four patterns allow you to have a unique and creative space. The collection is designed for easy installation and the patterns are mix-and-match.

Mannington Commercial has been honored with 8 ADEX awards by Design Journal because of the company’s demonstration of design leadership. The ADEX Awards for Design Excellence consist of five platinum awards, one gold award, and two silver awards. The awards deal with a range of products, custom programs, and environmentally friendly backing. This year, over 2,800 products were submitted from more than 500 companies.
Winning Platinum for Mannington were:
